Lighthouse Hunting
For many years I have been especially fascinated by lighthouses. So my lighthouse hunting has got two aspects:
In SWLing I try to listen to as many amateur radio lighthouse stations as possible.
During my holidays at the seacoasts, I am keen on visiting lighthouses.

The International Lighthouse and Lightship Weekend (every year in August) offers a good opportunity to work or hear many lighthouse stations.
Our club BRAVE RADIO FRIENDS offers a comprehensive award program for hunters of European lighthouses and lightships: the ELLA (European Lighthouse and Lightship Award).
